The State of the Union Address is presented by the President of the United States, in the address the president talks about the problems and whats happening in the United States. He appoints everything and people respond to what he says. This year president, Barack Obama, had many things he appointed like education and bringing some soldiers home, and much more. It was a good turn out for him some people say.
